The Payment is due up front. Payment via PayPal invoice in Euro.

Partial Payment of 50% up front and 50% after sketch is possible on exception.

If it is a portrait of a real person I need reference pictures. The more the merrier unless you want me to copy a specific photograph. Preferably the pictures should be in good lighting. If you wish for any details that are not visible in the picture e.g. a birthmark covered by a scarf, you'll have to describe it to me. Same goes for changes you want to have made.

If it is a fictional Character I'll need a description of the character or a character sheet, screenshots or other depictions you might have.

Descriptions of background story, mood, which pose you want etc. is also very helpful.

There are two rounds of revisions. Bigger revisions such as changing of proportions are possible during the sketch revision. After the coloring only minor changes like color changes are possible.

Revisions beyond that will be charged with 60€/hour.

No, the copyright always belongs to the creator. You will get private usage rights. The artwork is not meant for commercial use.

I retain the right to exhibit or use the artwork for promotion.

A full refund is only possible if the commission is canceled before the work has started or if I am not able to complete your work. If the commission gets canceled when the work has already started only a partial refund is possible.
Please refrain from PayPal chargebacks. I will issue your refund if eligible.
